Back At It

I’m back (again). Since retiring from teaching at Cerritos College in May, I took a bit of a break. After vacationing to Washington state to visit family and friends, getting all my teaching paraphernalia home and put away, and settling into a new routine, I’m ready now to get back to my website, YouTube channel, and my shop! As I promised my students, my plan is to continue instruction in some form. I’m not yet clear on the details, so please bear with me as I figure things out. Know that your responses and feedback will have a great bearing on my direction, so please don’t hesitate to reach out via email or a comment. Note too that I’m struggling a bit with this website software, so let me know if something is amiss on the site.

One of the biggest changes on the site is my portfolio. I had been having issues with that part of the site for quite a while, so I switched to a new gallery platform. If you would like to see some of my work, check it out here or click the Portfolio link.

Towards the end of my last semester, I started a series of videos on making a mitered box. While I was teaching, almost all of my videos were unlisted on YouTube (you needed the link to access). I’m going to start making many of them public, starting with the mitered box series. Click the image below to see part 1 of the series. I’ll post the next one in about a week.

Enjoy!
