I’m back!
This is the first post on my new site, carlstammerjohn.com, which replaces my old site, stammerjohn.com. The old site dates back to about 2000 when I had my custom furniture business in Torrance, CA. The site went dead in mid-2015 for mysterious reasons relating to database issues. Not having the time to figure it out and wanting to change my hosting provider, I closed the account and switched to a new host. I realized much too late that the backup of my site was not complete (I had all the content files but not the database) and all is mostly lost. The old site can be found on the Internet Archive Wayback Machine at http://web.archive.org/web/20141218065120/http://stammerjohn.com/. I may copy over a few posts, but I’m pretty much starting over. I’ll be posting occasionally when I get inspired and have something that I feel is worth sharing.
